Hello Maple Families!
Happy December! We are coming close to our Winter Break, and it looks like winter has arrived!
A couple very important announcements:
1) Staff Parking Lot
Please do NOT park in our staff parking lot or idle for pick up. It is very important for safety reason, especially during the winter season! We will have to deal with slick road conditions and high snowbanks, which means less visibility and slower reaction time around a busy student area. We do have parking along the street, as well as Accessible Parking spots at the front of the school off of Rose Abbey Drive.
If you are dropping off or picking up well before or after school for the Y Program or extra-curriculars, you ARE able to access that parking lot.
If you have arrangements already made with an educator to meet in the parking lot, please make alternative arrangements, as we want to be very diligent with students safety, and it takes efforts from our entire Maple community to make this happen.

2) We are currently looking for consistent and emergency staff to help support on the yards and with students in the school. If you are interested, or would like more information, please reach out to maple@limestone.on.ca!

Way to Go Majors Volleyball Teams!
During the winter, Tri-Board utilizes professional weather monitoring & forecasting 
A bus is cancelled in a weather zone if it serves a school or has a bus stop located in the weather zone. Buses may be cancelled in other zones based on local conditions.
Schools will remain open however any students driven to school by parents/guardians will need to be picked up at the end of the day.
