We hope you've had a fantastic weekend! It's hard to believe we are heading into October already.
We have lots of great things coming up, as well as important dates keep in mind. Please read through the rest of our updates below!
Parking Notice:
Please note that the parking lot at the back of the school is for staff only. It is important that we not only have parking spaces for our staff when they arrive to work, but also that you keep the bus lanes clear to not obstruct bus traffic as well. We appreciate your understanding.
Tuesday September 30th in National Truth and Reconciliation Day. Please wear an orange shirt as part of recognition and appreciation of the history, cultures and realities that affect our Indigenous communities from coast to coast to coast. Teachers will be sharing relevant and age-appropriate lessons, engaging in educational opportunities, as well as inviting in special guests throughout the year with students to help expand our knowledge and understanding.

Head to School Day To Sign Up For Hot Lunches
We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Basketball Club and Intramurals for students! This is a wonderful opportunity for our young athletes to engage in fun, teamwork, and physical activity while developing their skills on the court.
Basketball Club Details:
- When: After school from 3:45 PM to 5:00 PM
- Potential Days: Monday, Tuesday, and every other Friday
- Who: All students in grades 5 and 6 (and potential grade 4 participants in the future)
Families can sign their children up on School Day!
Intramurals Details:
- When: After Lunch from 1:15 PM to 1:55 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday (boys and girls will alternate days)
- Who: Students in grades 4 to 6
Please note: Permission is required for participation in all intramural sports.
